We want your 100% satisfaction. That’s why we will gladly work with our customers until we meet your needs. However, if you are still not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 3 days for a FULL refund or an exchange less shipping (excluding custom-made items).
Authorization Code: You must seek a return authorization code before returning the item.
Insured Package: In order to return an item purchased, make sure the package is fully insured.
Package Return: Any item sent for return must be sent back in its original condition in its original packaging.
Tracking: You must email the tracking number once the item is shipped back to us.
